Our Policies

Please read all of our policies for the Almo Inn below

Cancelation Policy

For individual rooms up to a 3 room reservation - If cancellations are requested less than 48 hours prior to check in 1 night will be non-refundable. In the case of a 4+ room reservation, group or group event the reservation is subject to a 30 day cancellation policy. If cancellations are requested less than 30 days prior to check in 1 night will be non-refundable.  Individual reservations who turn out to be a group are also subject to the group 30 day cancellation policy.

You must CALL ALMO INN to cancel or change a reservation. Email requests cannot be processed.

Terms & Conditions

Age Requirements

Guest must be 18 years of age to book a room.

Check In/CHECKOUT

Checkin is at 3:00 pm Mountain time.
Checkout is at 11:00 am Mountain time.

Early Departure or Late Arrival

There are no refunds for an early departure or late arrival.

Forms of payment

We only accept credit cards for payment Visa, MasterCard, Discover or AMEX. We do not accept personal checks or cash.

Kitchens

If you are staying in a suite and use the kitchen, please wash all dishes and remove food from the refrigerator upon your departure.

Lost Keys

A $50 lost key charge will be assessed to the credit card on file if room key is not returned at check-out.

Room Capacity

Guests are not allowed to exceed the declared room capacity. No floor sleepers, no tents, rv's or trailers.

Damages or missing items

All damages will be the responsibility of the cardholder at full replacement cost plus lost revenue if any.

NOISE

Each guest is asked to respect and be considerate of other guests to allow an enjoyable and quiet stay for all guests. Anyone causing a disturbance or otherwise diminishing the quality of experience of others will be required to leave the Inn property and/or, at the discretion of Almo Inn owners, to compensate Almo Inn management for revenue or good will lost from other guests due to the disturbance.

Pets

Only allowed in the cabins Durango, Bandera and Denver. There is a $30 non-refundable pet fee. You must contact the Inn and let them know you will have a pet. This includes service animals. Any undeclared pet will result in a $200 fee.

No Smoking, candles or open flames

The Almo Inn is smoke free. All rooms, balcony’s and decks are Non-smoking. This includes e-cigarettes and water pipes. Due to insurance limits and local fire codes; candles, incense or similar products or open flames (e.g. propane fire rings, Camp Chef, BBQ grills, Butane stove, charcoal briquettes or similar products) may not be used within 10 feet of a wood structure or deck.

Bad weather policy

LIABILITY

Almo Inn shall not be responsible or liable for any damages to any customer or invitee for damages by labor disputes, civil commotion, war, governmental regulations or controls, fire or other casualty, inability to obtain any material or services, earthquake, storm or acts of God or other casualty not caused by Almo Inn’s gross negligence.
